Completed Projects
Traditional House, Crossgar Area
This house of approximately 2500sq ft is built in the Co Down countryside overlooking
a meandering river.
The accommodation is spacious and family friendly with additional features such
as the sunroom. The use of roof windows give a bright airy interior.

Contemporary house overlooking Strangford Lough
This contemporary build with its open plan layout, exposed timber trusses and large bright rooms with internal curved walls along with the use of steel and glass for the balcony has created a very modern and exciting home.

Country Living, Crossgar Area
This house extending to over 3000sq ft is set in its own grounds in a secluded wooded area.
The interior is bright, modern and finished to an extremely high standard with extensive use of oak and ash throughout.
The exterior however, has a more traditional feel which compliments its country setting.

Contemporary house overlooking Strangford Lough
This very contemporary home has been designed with a warehouse feel. The use of the grey metal roof, steel and timber balconys and tapered exterior walls is complimented internally with a metal spiral staircase, exposed steel beams and bright open plan spaces.

Rowan Close, Darragh Cross, Saintfield
Rowan Close is a delightful development of five townhouses set in the heart of Darragh Cross.
The properties were built to an exacting turnkey standard to include luxury fitted kitchen, high quality sanitary ware, alarm and entry system, internally painted with carpet or tiled floors throughout.
Car parking for two cars was provided at the rear of each property with a low maintenance communal garden to the front.

The Paddock, Comber
The Paddock is a small development of four townhouses and one detached house on the outskirts of Comber.
The houses were built around a courtyard which provided private parking.
Each house was finished to a high spec turnkey finish which included luxury fitted kitchen, high quality sanitary ware and carpeting or tiling throughout.
Each of the units had a private garden to the rear.

Killinchy Street, Comber
This development involved demolishing an existing townhouse on the roadside to access
a site for four new houses.
Three, three storey houses were built in the back garden and the demolished house
was replaced on the roadside. An archway was then created to access the new development
at the rear.
Private parking was provided in the courtyard and each property had a private back
garden. Each of the units were finished to a high quality turnkey finish.

Extension, Holywood Area
A studio extension providing a place to work from home
overlooking a mature garden.
The extension was finished to a high standard providing all of the necessary electrical specification to kit out a studio suitable for an office space.

Extension, Crossgar Area
This 900 sq ft extension added a large lounge, glass hall and upstairs games room
to a traditional bungalow.
As well as adding more accomodation the brief was to create an appealing entrance
to the house.

The size of this large traditional country house ensures that all of
the rooms are of generous proportions and it is finished to a very high specification with oak being used extensively throughout.

Extension, Killinchy Area
A kitchen / living room extension with high level glazing to maximise the amount of light in the new living area.
New railway sleepers were used to retain the driveway which is on a higher level and to create a pebbled path around the extension.
